Tignes

Along with Val d'Isère, Tignes (2,100m) forms part of the
Espace Killy, widely dubbed "the most beautiful ski area in the world". Tignes may be a purpose built resort but now new buildings are being built in the traditional Savoie style and existing buildings are getting a facelift. Cars are also banned from the centre of the main villages that make up Tignes (Val Claret, Le Lavachet and Tignes-le-Lac). A free bus services connects all Tignes villages up to midnight every day so getting around is easy.
The Snow
- access to the demanding Espace Killy with its 97 lifts and 300km of piste (including neighbour Val d'Isère)
- most reliable snow record among European ski resorts (Tignes has a glacier and lies at 2,100m)
- perfect for advanced and experts and off-piste lovers
- snowboard friendly resort with a great range of suitable slopes and lifts plus a half-pipe and snowpark.
Après ski
- lively resort with plenty of bars and restuarants to choose.
- apres ski activities include squash court, bowling and weekly torch-lit descents.
The Rest
- all our accommodations are close to the lifts
