Built in 1999, the Residence Sépia is renowned for it’s excellent location in Avoriaz and for high quality accommodation, with extra services for your comfort and convenience. The apartments are more generous in space than most and a great ambiance and charm awaits you once inside. The balconies face the sun and the slopes so you can enjoy sitting out on a sunny day watching skiers coming down the mountain in front of you.
The apartments for 4/5 people are 32 to 34m2 in size and consist of a living area with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed plus one bedroom with a double bed.
The apartments for 6/7 people are 38 to 44m2 in size and consist of a living area with two single sofa beds and one pull out bed plus one bedroom with a double bed. These apartments also have an additional cabin with 2 bunk beds and an extra shower with WC and some of them are duplex. All apartments have a bathroom with a bath and WC, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, hotplates, mini-oven and vacuum cleaner.
Bed linen, towels and cleaning kits are available in each apartment. A television and end of stay clean (not kitchen) are also included.

Superbly situated at the entrance to Avoriaz in the lower part of the resort, only 50m from the Prodains cable car with direct access to the heart of the skiing domain and to the quick flow ski lifts. All apartments benefit from excellent doorstep skiing, a feature always appreciated by keen skiers and snowboarders. The village is just a short 7-minute walk uphill made easy by using a lift through the neighbouring apartment block or you can ski through the centre back to your apartment.

Avoriaz
Avoriaz is a very special high altitude resort set amidst a backdrop of spectacular mountain scenery. Located at 1,800m, Avoriaz is renowned for its great snow record all season long and its enviable amount of exciting slopes to explore. The resort is nicely compact and completely pedestrianised. Everyone gets around either on foot or on picturesque horse drawn sleighs (for a small charge). A great ambiance and charm awaits you in Avoriaz where you’ll find an appealing traffic and stress free snow-covered village with breathtaking views across the entire region.
